Request Data Deletion
You can request that Construction Materials Kenya delete your account and the personal data associated with it, whether or not you have the app installed.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete or anonymize:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your account login credentials
- Any saved location/county preferences
Product, machinery, or transporter listings tied to your account are removed or anonymized. Some records (e.g. past enquiry logs needed for fraud prevention or legal/tax record-keeping) may be retained in a de-identified form for a limited period as required by law.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 14 days and will confirm by email once done.
